Rhapsody Projects handles all our in-house property development projects from simple refurbishments to extensive renovation and loft conversion projects. We deal with all planning and building regulation applications under the supervision of myself as a qualified structural engineer and we also undertake all the structural design and calculations from simple beams to foundation design and major structural alterations and repairs. We offer various professional services to our private clients to give them the benefit of our experience on their projects. Our contacts within the construction industry from a background of over 22 years means that whatever the project we can assemble a professional team to suit you as client.
