My name is Gail Harbottle and I am the Joint Owner/Director of Rhapsody. We are a completely independent estate, lettings and management agents and wholly owned by the 2 directors- in May 2003, in partnership with my fellow Owner/Director Mark Eccleshare,we set up the company as Rhapsody Developments Limited to buy, project manage and refurbish residential property in the Newcastle region. Having established a modest property portfolio which we upgraded to provide higher quality rental accommodation for the professional lettings market, we decided to purchase our first premises , Rhapsody Jesmond in the popular Acorn Road/St Georges Terrace area. Our second offices on the High Street in Gosforth came a year later. Our vision is to be the premier independent choice for residential property services in Newcastle and the North East Region.
